  1. West Virginia has a lot of problems but I still like it especially for its scenery and relaxed, rural atmosphere.

  2.  @barbarascott3945  I'm not saying anything bad about West Virginia. I am just acknowledging that it has a lot of problems but it's still a very beautiful state with a lot of great people.

  3.  @bpc7296  Except for high poverty, a low level of education, infrastructure and quality of life as a whole at least from a statistical standpoint although there is bias. Not a lot of jobs and one of the lowest average incomes in the country but there are still a lot of great things about West Virginia and it still has a lot less problems than California and New York.

  6. ​ @itsnick37  Pennsylvania is actually underrated in my opinion. I agree New Mexico is probably the worst state right now but Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, California, Alaska, and New Jersey aren't far behind.
