I mean, I could understand if Coleman was a white nationalist with radical views but he isn’t - he’s simply calling for color blindness which is something we’ve been striving for for decades
78
@andilengcizela exactly, the extra s during only goes towards one side . It’s disturbing
18
I truly don’t understand the “other” side of the argument. The side that is against “color blindness” are lost at sea
14
Agree with Coleman 100% on This issue Shame on TED for even Thinking about not putting this up.
11
@Shambayamiti so you want me to treat black People differently than white or brown people? That type of mindset leads us right back to segregation

You don’t need to own a home to be happy though. You can rent and live a nice life. Many of you are mentally handicapping yourself by thinking you have to do a, b and c in order to be happy. I know a decent amount of poor immigrants that work hard manual labor jobs and they have gfs and kids in sone cases and seem to be living a decent life
4
Oh same here. I decided against having kids long ago
3
@JohnD45 but you need to change the way you look at food. Stop looking at it as a way to reduce your emotional pain or as a form of recreation - look at it as nutrients you are feeding your body to function the rest of the day. It doesn’t not take much food to get through the day - 2 or 3 rather small meals is all it takes .
3
@WigganNuG we need more of that so that’s why Ted were not even Going to air this clip?
3
@Lionforaday haha yes I noticed OP mentioned “travel” as well.. since when does someone need to travel to be happy? There are legit problems out there but a lot of younger people are just finding dumb things to complain about
3
Disagree completely. The youth is too sedated by weed, tech and videogames. Now if you made them go without Wi-Fi for a month they might revolt but won’t expend too much energy doing much else aside from complain online
3
@Tagzishi-i . Yeah the entire discussion around corruption is funny. We expect the elites that are corrupt to somehow get rid of themselves - then replace them with these magical people that are impervious to corruption. It’s just not realistic
2
@mcadaal yes I see these younger people that act like if they just refuse to work that our govt will get frustrated and bow down to them and give them whatever they want.. that’s nonsense as they will just be replaced like immigrants and it’s already happening I don’t even know what to say about the folks that think life is overall worse in 2024 than it’s ever been. They are lost
2
@richardsteiner45 . Yeah they spend so much time complaining online yet they are not trying to put together movements to enact positive change
2
@Birding_and_BlackCoffee agree if everyone that is complaining gathered and worked towards change it could happen but they won’t.. instead they will just sit online and complain endlessly
2
Ehh Galloway isn’t saying anything remarkable - he’s being paid very well to tell young people that they should be frustrated. He’s not giving any practical solutions to the problem .. you pay me what he’s getting to do this speech and I’ll tell you anything you want me to
1
It’s very obvious people are not lacking the money for good or necessities because 75% of people I see are obese .. according to this comment section everyone is out there working hard for 60 hours a week - lol that’s bullshit. Most people aren’t healthy enough to put in 40 hours a week of solid hard work .
1
@KingBurgers . “The main cause of obesity aren’t Personal failings” Bullshit! If you have self control and eat sensible portions and exercise daily then you won’t become obese. It is really that simple in 99.9% of cases. Stop acting like self determined people just become obese out of nowhere .. stop blaming everything else
1
@DaMorg3 wait are you seriously trying to tell me that most people don’t have the willpower or know how to make sensible eating choices? And to make sure they exercise mildly at night? You are making it seem like reducing one’s intake of food requires a masters degree lol. It takes a few hours of research online to find out what is healthy and what isn’t .. same thing when it comes to exercise - just get a treadmill or take your dog for a long walk every night. I am truly blown away at peoples inability to take agency over their own decisions. It’s no wonder 60% of Americans are obese - it’s not their fault right?
1
I’d have balls like him if you paid me the same amount that he made for this speech 😁
1
I would display that same level of patriotism if they paid me as much as they are paying him! Guys he is making great money touring the country and giving these discussions. He’s ultra privileged making sure his kids are as well
1
@albinoyak2755 exactly. There are legit problems in our country but out of all these comments - no one has any practical Solutions nor any effort to get together either like minded people to affect change locally. Instead they complain on here then go back to watching Netflix and eating pizza.
1
Yes and keep in mind that Scott is getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to give these speeches! Then he writes a book and makes even money commanding the elites(to which he is a part of) to change their behavior 😁
1
Scott has probably never had to work a hard days of work his entire life. lol At him talking about sweat
1
@JDog2656 exactly! I see do many younger people that expect to just land a great job right out of school - an easy job that pays well and good benefits. They don’t have the realization that you must start out somewhere and work your way up like 98% of people have always had to .. they want it right now and aren’t willing to sweat. So many coddled people and it’s unfortunate. I know quite a few immigrants that came to America dirt poor and not even speaking the language yet after a generation have built themselves a nice life here. Then you have younger American middle class folks that don’t want to work at all
1
@geckosalaplancha8286 yes all the while buying every videogame available and making sure they have the newest $1,000 phone 😁
1
@thomeg492 yes of course all of your friends have “hand me down” tech. If that is true then that is highly odd as most young people just have to have the most up to date tech as soon as it hits the market. I bet many of you waste a ton of time on social media as opposed to working towards a better market and society. But I’m sure all of your friends are all positively active too right? Lol
1
But if you are a guy and right out of school put your head down and gain skills or work then there’s no reason you can’t have a decent life. I know plenty of poor immigrants that have wives and children. It can be done but it won’t be if you aren’t willing to work hard and you have to have the newest toys .
1
@fatmonkey4716 true I see constant complaining from young people . Yet I don’t see them Presenting practical solutions not plans to organize to form change. They just complain and warp their mind and get even more hopeless
1
lol at moving to Latin America .. most Latin Americans would give their soul to live in America
1
@bobsagat122 . “Flushing out all of congress” This is a pipe dream though. Do you think the elites(that hold all the power) are going to let you replace them? Cmon man
1
I’m honestly shocked that Ted would even consider not putting this out .. Coleman’s talk was very sensible and one I support 100%.. TED is compromised like so many other Institutions
1
But if the youth refuse to continue they will simply get replaced by immigrants(which is already happening)..
1
But if the youth refuse to work anymore they will simply get replaced by immigrants and that is already happening! Btw youth these days are too sedated to mount much of a charge from what I see. I see a lot of complaining online but no one looking to get movements up and going
1
If you are making $70k and single and still struggling then You are doing something wrong. I’m sorry but tweak a few things and you’ll be fine
