One thing we need to do is stop labeling everything as racist, sexist or misogynistic .. these terms are so overused and I have no idea what they mean anymore.. there is misogyny in the manosphere but also very sensible takes and creators as well. I find the entire discussion around this issue is too broken to have at this point. It’s almost mind numbing at this point

@FreddyGerardino the thing is though, GEN wasn’t asking for a debate but just a discussion .. GEN is not antagonistic or looking for gotcha moments - the left is quite strange about these things .

@anosh88 but destiny seemed much more measured in the past. These days he’s way too emotional about these issues and saying some really dumb things - he needs to go outside more often and stop talking to the extreme MAGA crowd

@ghostbirdlary no they aren’t. People respected Destiny first his intelligence and ability to not get too into his emotions during debates. But lately he’s fell victim to the same trap and that’s very unfortunate. He seems very salty about Trump winning and that’s to be expected somewhat but he’s too into his feelings now and it’s killing his credibility

I honestly find it pretty dumb to constantly try to label people as left or right - all it does is hurt the discussion as people are too tribal and not willing to be wrong

@isaiahhouston228 . I know quite a few centrists and quite a few didn’t vote this election .. I’m one of them. Destiny’s takes on centrists is way off and I used to think he had mostly solid takes. Seems like he’s spending way too much time online talking to rabid maga types ..

@DishDetergent898 dysthymia is not a ‘mild’ issue at all. It’s chronic long term depression .. it can be quite disabling to those that have it

@xXWyTeBreaDXx . Agree 100%!! It blows my mind at how many people that are depressed never even Think of exercising or improving their diet .. you take many people with depression and have them exercise daily and eat healthy and they will start to feel better pretty quickly. Now they still might be depressed to a degree but it will be much less. We have too Many people that resort to taking multiple psych drugs before even trying to exercise . Not good

@maxbennett5412 yeah I know several republicans that dislike quite a few things about Trump and are vocal about it but dislike pretty much everything about Kamala. It’s an absurdly bad take to claim republicans don’t come out and criticize Trump on anything - Destiny is spending way too much time talking to rabid MAGA types.

@mariusiurea most sensible adults who looks at the data should ultimately end up getting shit on by both sides .. both sides are pumping out tons of propaganda and bs and any truly good faith creator will be able to see through the lies and hopefully call it out. That said, I’m not sure how much good it actually does though as most people don’t look at the data and try to find the truth . I’ve not been into politics that long but I can already tell it’s usually a pointless thing to try and talk politics with most people

@cornz7126 eh depends as centrists can still feel strongly about certain issues and that can motivate them to vote for even overall bad candidates. I don’t think we’ve had truly good candidates for 8-12 years. Obama was great on paper but a big disappointment in office

We crossed that line years ago like we always do .. the adults are nowhere to be seen. When I go out over half of people I see are overweight or obese. It is rare that I see someone that is in actually decent shape

@UzitheSaint the left is lost when it comes to gender(boys issues), immigration and crime from what I’ve seen .. many people can’t envision a good outcome if we follow the lefts guidebook so they voted red .. Trump isn’t the savior though but most sensible people I think realize this but saw Kamala as just a terrible pick

You assuming that most people in this comment section would laugh if someone at a Kamala rally got killed is exactly the problem with social media, bias and echo chambers. I know quite a few Trump voters and I can honestly say the vast Majority would be disturbed if someone got shot and killed at a Kamala rally .. I highly recommend you and others get offline more and go out and actually talk to people that think differently .. you will find most folks agree on quite a bit and value human life and decency
