  10.  @danieldenton5721  that was happening when I worked construction a couple decades ago. They were the drywall crews - they’d get in and get it done and leave a mess. Then they got into bricklaying and they come in and bud very low - no established crew can compete with them and still make decent money. So they lose jobs .. I can’t imagine what the local construction landscape looks like now.
