@asdzt123 I wonder if there are “overly ambitious” men who are asexual? Like others have pointed out - the “insane ambition” that men had was driven usually by what? I’d have to say power/status and women and men usually like power/status because it delivers women. Are there asexual(and childless) men that are the biggest CEO and just stacking money just to see how much they can make in their lifetime? Be interesting to find out

Yes and I keep hearing about all of these men and women that are swearing off the opposite sex completely but I just do not see them in my everyday life. The men I know that are single are usually trying to meet women and same goes for the single women I know. I think I know of one woman that is in her 50s that truly seems to live her life without a man in her life. She likes work and travel . Most other women are not what I’d call “truly single” which means a woman that never pursues men or dates or has hookups . Very few people(men and women) can truly live the single life and be truly fine with it in my experience.

@TheUnique69able “I want a woman to the extent that I need her” But don’t women feel this way about men too? I mean, we are all out to get our needs met and the less work we have to put in the better. This goes for men and women.

I agree. We need men to desire women and for women to desire men - it helps keep the system functioning.
