@PieMaru no no it doesn’t.. every school that I’ve been to - the different races most intermixed and got along. I just have not seen widespread racism like OP is talking about

@atoms-to-atoms I have family members that are married to Asian women. They love America as do their families

Of course there will always be tribalism or racism or classism or ageism between people. I’ve experienced these things and consider it part of the human experience - if you judge me because of my skin color or religion or lack of religion then that’s on you. I’ll be on my way already .. Folks that complain about racism in America have never been outside the country .. that much is obvious

@tamrasg6960 it’s because Asians discriminate just as harshly against other Asians and races than whites do! Just look around the world and you’ll see just that .. all races discriminate and those with power get a spotlight on them. It is what it is

@vl7852 great post! Folks seriously think america is more racist than any other country - these folks have never been out of the country.. that is painfully obvious . Some seem to believe in utopia where we can eliminate all tribalism or racism and I think that’s absurd in itself

India has a lot of work to do though. Let’s be honest here - I don’t want to bring up certain things but it has a ways to go if it wants to reach the United States

@CancerZodiacAstrologyHoros-k7z what?! Most universities are breaking their back to accept more black and brown students and professors . I don’t believe your comment at all - if it is true you could easily sue and get $$$

@RR-ik3kg . “Black people built this country” Asian, white, brown and black people built this country .

@majorlazor5058 normalized in what way?

@ayemorelocks but white americans(going by pretty much all studies on the subject) are shown to be the least racist and the most open to all other cultures .. you are showing your own ignorance with your comment. I mean, how tolerant do you think India or japan is to outsiders? How about Vietnam?
1
@sunnyspaces7 great point! Most people of color chose to come to and live in America! That really changes the entire discussion doesn’t it? Many minorities are in a much better place in America than they’d ever have been had they stayed in their home country. Silly to come here and complain because of a few silly racist people

Racism Is just tribalism - it isn’t taught but instead hard-wired in all of us.. we all pre-judge each other whether it be by their race, gender, age, class or religion .. I’m very skeptical on being able to get rid of it completely
