If anything, people need to move around more and clean up their diets.. no way should people in their 20s be that tired

  22.  @ma_junia  I remember my dad putting in long hours and I rarely seen him growing up. He was just doing his supposed duty in providing for the family. Now both parents need to work and there seems to be even more stress. What is the best formula here? I can’t really believe most women want to work full time for the rest of their lives yet most men don’t want to have to pull 60 hour work weeks either.

Judging by most metrics, life is much better and easier than it was for our grandparents.. health and medical advances alone have made our lives much better in comparison.. plus, tech has made our lives much more easier and comfortable as well.. you need context, you can’t just look at the cost of homes and conclude that we have it Much harder than previous generations .. our ancestors would laugh at us for saying such silly things I honestly think a big problem is we have it too EASY! Our comfort has made us weak
