  9. I know firefighters that when they go into certain neighborhoods - they get rocks thrown at them and their fire hoses cut all the while racial slurs are hurled their way. Funny how this sort of thing never hits the mainstream media

  12. Yep, I lived on the south side of Chicago for 7 years. I recognize that much of the problem in these neighborhoods is self inflicted .. I laugh when people blame these problems on racism
