Good point. I honestly don’t think Rich can relate to this area very well so he sure won’t have good advice for men in this area. A lot of young men I see are traumatized by something - in many cases they are crippling themselves with toxic negative self talk. Making matters worse is they refuse to put any effort in on improving themselves and this Keeps them stuck in place .. like a type of learned helplessness
7
Yeah no kidding.. the frustrating thing about life is you often learn very important things long after you need them. It’s like a tease of sorts
7
@CM-xu6bd yeah there is a bit too much generalizing in comment sections like this. Sure there are women with a long list of partners that will cheat at a moments notice but in my experience - most women aren’t like that.
6
Yeah there’s guys in this space that brag about being 38 or 40 dating 19 year old girls. I’m like there’s nothing you could have in common with a 19 year old girl lol.. plus, despite it being legal - a 40 year old with a 19 year old is sleazy
6
Martoni you can’t be this dim? Rich is simply telling men to get offline and go out in the real world to build friendships. Get off twitter and Reddit and stop relying on the internet to cure your woes .. So many men would feel better pretty quickly if they reduced online time and went outside more in nature and tried to create relationships

If I meet a woman and she brings up her ex then I will finish the date as quickly as I can and not talk to her again. I’ve been with enough women to know if they bring up their ex that this means a few different things and none are good lol

Same here. In my early 30s there was a period where I tried to spin plates. I actually was able to but I found the entire experience to be completely exhausting .. I remember thinking “this is not nearly as enjoyable as I expected!”.. the time and effort needed to do that sort of thing strikes me as so counter productive The only guys that can spin plates long term are the guys whose entire identity and self worth is tied into how many women he has sex with
4
@alflat885 yes and I remember early on the basic red pill advice was for men to spin plates. They recommended middle aged guys to just spin plates forever and I always remember thinking how unrealistic that was .. what type of guy in his 40s wants to spin plates forever?
4
@SilviaLampa I agree. It’s very sensible for childless people to not want to date people with children.. it is common sense to me ..
3
@kwilliams1958 haha that is true. I’ve seen guys drop everything just to drive over an hour to have sex with a chubby girl. Other guys that had their crazy ex call them up and he is more than willing to open up his house to her no questions asked .. many guys create their own problems
3
@maga-hat709 yeah but those same women will say “I am not looking to hook up!” On their profiles and yet will have sex on the first date. These women will go for coffee or a walk On the beach if it’s a guy they are attracted to. Now they definitely won’t if it’s an average guy
3
@roneilwilliamson6371 I find it disturbing that a news article was written on this in the first place.. these women got played - it happens to a lot of people.. no need for a news article to be written about it.
2
Yeah I hear you. I know guys that take women out to nice restaurants and end up spending a few hundred after it’s over. That’s straight stupid but then again - these guys lead with their wallets.
2
@wangtang12 agree. It’s obvious a lot of these guys lead with their wallets.
2
Oh yeah I discovered that in my 30s. Married women would definitely let it be known that I was in their list of secondary options if hubby didn’t keep her happy. Two of these women were married to long term friends of mine . So yeah
2
Guys, Huberman is at least in his mid 40s correct? Do you know how hard it is to find a somewhat attractive and sane childless woman in her 30s? You guys act as if it’s easy to find them but it’s not and very few 40 year old women want to date a woman in her early 20s as the maturity gap is too large
1
@RealHomeRecording true but men have to put effort into it. Women just have to go outside or on social media lol
1
@Erick-di9gm but so are women.. women are competing against other women.. plus, a woman with many options has to filter those options in order of which guys want something serious and which just want sex. So we need to stop thinking that dating apps are only terrible for men. I know several women using dating apps and they hate them
1
@jonthomson9262 let’s be honest though - more men are sociopathic
1
@MackABD ehh so you guys don’t want any woman over 35 to go to an occasional party? Or do you mean a woman that parties too Much?
1
@Freemont_19 vast majority of women are social media addicts. The data is pretty clear on this
1
@truthteller4442 just imagine the damage that the Sex and the City caused!

“Women will drop you the moment they think they found something better” This is bullshit guys. Many of you believe hypergamy is a science and that any woman will immediately fall out of love with her bf or husband if a better guys comes along. This just isn’t true. Now a certain % of women will do this but it sure as hell isn’t all of them lol.. if all women did this then no one could be in long term relationships ..
1
@coolbreeze2.0-mortemadfasc13 do you really think most women(let’s say 75%) are sleeting around with multiple women? I don’t and if I had to put money on a % I’d guess that number is around 15%..
1
Oh that article would be sexist 😂
1
@DeistPaladin . Btw captain cappy seems like a miserable guy.. he gives decent advice sometimes but overall he’s way too pessimistic.. he is telling men that women don’t like or need them and that in itself is bullshit .. I don’t know but I see a lot of these younger red pill types turning into very bitter guys
