  1. No matter the situation he is a weak communicator and has no people skills. These are the basic things that we need to work as a team at work. No matter what the job may entail. I could not imagine a person in my office full of engineers behaving as he does. He would spend all of his days with everyone fixing him and his workload so everything is present and correct to all customers.
