Don't trust US (or China, Russia) offers of security assurance in exchange of halting an independent nuclear weapons program. Ignore dreamers like Bill Clinton. 3. Exit from Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. 4. Ignore NPT advocates like Frank Aiken, Irish Minister for External Affairs, US President Dwight D. Eisenhower, in his "Atoms for Peace" proposal. 5. Ignore certain large land territory nuclear-armed hypocrites from the Eighteen Nation Committee on Disarmament (TNCD). The original members of TNCD were: Canada, France, United Kingdom, Italy, United States,, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Romania and Soviet Union (Russia).

  2.  @JohnMelland  The US campaign in Afghanistan wasn't total war rules of engagement. The only method to defeat Afghanistan is the Spanish Inquisition method i.e. dark age problem with dark age soluton.
