NYT's The Editorial Board are cowards i.e. they hide in a group and are not willing to assign their names to their opinion piece. NYT's The Editorial Board didn't factor in Ukraine's 1994 Budapest Memorandum where the US, UK, and Russia traded respecting Ukraine's territorial integrity for Ukraine's nuclear weapons.
