  1. Mach 5 AIM-54 Phoenix is not a "ballistic" hypersonic missile. SM3 rocket has Mach 16-to-18 speeds, but they are not orbitally capable e.g. needs about Mach 25 speeds. SM3 type rocket needs to be rearmed with a hypersonic glide vehicle with a warhead payload.

  4.  @electrolysisresearch8013  Hint: US Navy's DDGX's VLS for very long-range hypersonic weapons has larger vertical tubes e.g. 32 MK 41 VLS cells can switch to 12 Large Missile Launcher Cells. Aegis-type warships with at least 32 MK 41 VLS cells can switch to 12 Large Missile Launcher Cells.
