In 1966, France decided to withdraw from the NATO Integrated Military Command Structures. That decision in no way undermined France's commitment to contribute to the collective defense of the Alliance. Turkey's delinquent action shows independent action from NATO-EU, hence why Greece use EU Article 42.7 against Turkey instead of NATO Article V. Turkey's delinquent actions have consequences. With the EU, member countries leave the block and join CPTPP e.g. UK. You are ignorant. Note that CPTPP has its own standards that have higher compatibility with UK's competitive trading idealogy.
