After five years and 2.5 billion dollars they did not even finish the design let alone start building the first sub in France as specified by the contract, nor did they start building a shipyard in Adelaide as specified by the contract. Why Australian media is spinning this issue with the French as Australia's fault when the evidence is there for all to see says everything about the Australian media.
