  1.  @bennyblunto973  Twitter's administration invited Elon to the board with a contract that would limit his actions. If Elon owns Twitter at 50.001 percent, he doesn't need that stupid contract.

  2.  @jaguaranmusk3703  Too bad diversity quota wasn't applied in India e.g. Intel's Raja Koduri's Intel Bangalore lacks diversity.

  3. Accepting the board position will limit Elon's Twitter ownership up to 14.9%. When Elon gains 50.01% of the company or gangs up with other shareholders, Elon can change the board.
