  2.  Pixel Tits  Turkey has obsolete military hardware such as F-16 Block 50/52 level and Leopard 2A4 tanks. Turkey is working on near F-16 Block 70/72 solution and its nowhere near ready. Russia is mostly land power, not a maritime power like US which modelled itself on UK but with larger scale.
