  1. @Ex- Colonel Douglas Macgregor Macgregor should read Budapest Memorandum before presenting his arguments, hence Colonel Douglas Macgregor should be arguing for a proper and orderly exit from Budapest Memorandum. Exit from any insurance should be done ahead of the actual disaster. If you want to argue for the US to stay out of the unresolved Ukraine-Russia issue, then you should argue for ORDERLY and PROPER EXIT from the Budapest Memorandum. Any EXIT from the insurance agreements SHOULD not be done when the insured party has the intention to use it!
