  15.  @williamg102  Note that China has a "Negative List of Market Access Restricted: Sector-wise items" which is known as CCP's protectionist list. CCP is a hypocrite when it has higher protectionist policies while complaining about Australia's reciprocal protectionist policies e.g. Australian entities can't buy land nor invest in certain sectors such as farming and mining in China, hence a no-brainer when countries imposed reciprocal investment restrictions.

When China joined WTO (multilateral trade zone) in December 2001, CCP made promised to liberalize and it failed to materialize after many years. 3.
