JSENNER83 CCP's MO is similar to Soviet Union's state own entities (SOE) and I still remember Soviet's cloning western 8bit computers (for the consumer market) by Soviet state own entities at lower price without paying for R&D cost, hence why USSR was blocked from trading with the west. CCP 's SOE MO is not new. It's Bill Clinton/Dianne Feinstein's fault for letting China into WTO (western trade zone).
