Yugoslavia has been dismantled. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosovo  82 percent of EU members recognised Kosovo. 60 percent of OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) recognised Kosovo and Islamic Saudi Arabia and Turkey supports Kosovo. Multiple right-wing parties in EU countries wants to keep Kosovo and Turkey out of EU.
