@hkfoo3333 China's punitive trade strategy against Australia is failing.

@kirk2632 Your argument is hypocritical when CCP has aided Pakistan's and North Korea's nuclear adventure.

@kunalnagarkoti1841 Australia and the US are also members of "The Quad" (Australia, Japan, India and US).

@demun6065 To replace F-111C, the US offered the B-21 program to Australia.

@romainlapie6362 France has backed Italy’s decision to block COVID-19 vaccine exports to Australia. UK supported COVID-19 vaccine shipments to Australia. Your real friends are revealed during difficult situations.

Remember, China has given aid to Pakistan's nuclear technology.

@BERSERCŒUR Australia paid $2 billion to France and the output is nothing. $2.8 billion for Virginia-class Block V submarine per unit cost.

@carrisasteveinnes1596 FYI, Australia's F-111C are armed with Israeli Popeye stand-off strike missiles.

The alliance is not new. Australia has two attempts with nuclear technology beyond research nuclear reactors. 1. Jervis Bay nuclear power plant, killed by Gough Whitlam's Labor party in the 1970s. 2. ANSTO centrifuge enrichment technology, killed by Bob Hawke/Paul Keating's Labor party in the mid-1980s.

@U9DATE China's threats are making the arguments for Australia's increased defense investments.
1
@hkfoo3333 It's nuclear-powered submarines NOT nuclear-armed submarines. The nuclear component for submarines is used to generate electricity.
1
@hkfoo3333 False, Refer to Brazil's $7.8 billion SSN with tech aid from France.
1
@hkfoo3333 The Australian government has not joined the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, a relatively new agreement that requires parties not to develop, test, produce, acquire, possess, stockpile, use or threaten to use nuclear weapons.
1
@hkfoo3333 Non-Proliferation Treaty refers to the making of the nuclear bomb NOT nuclear power electrical generation.
1
@hkfoo3333 Wrong, NPT is about making bombs NOT generating electricity. Try again.
1
@hkfoo3333 China already making missile ballistic threats BEFORE Australia's nuclear-powered submarine announcement. Your CCP threats are making the argument for Australia's increased defense investments. LOL
