  1.  @TheCarty91  Year 2020 is a just plan and any plans can change, but UK already has 17 F-35B units with QE aircraft carrier at nearly operational state. F-35B Block 3i and F-35I (based F-35A, Block 3F) was already tested in combat.

  3.  @Fozz-e  UK has independent fighter aircraft manufacturing capability since it's prime designer for EuroFighter (based on BAE EAP prototype) and it's replacement which is Tempest stealth fighter. CANZUK and Japan could help funding Tempest stealth fighter instead of EU.

  6.  @alittlepeaceandkarma  US wouldn't be involve with conflicts between two NATO members e.g. Greece vs Turkey. NATO defence agreement's weakness is internal conflicts among it's members. NATO was designed for defence against external threat.

  8.  @zekecross7965  UK wouldn't be small when CANZUK materialize which has more than half EU 27 countries or 70 percent of Eurozone 19 countries military budget spending. CANZUK with 133 million population and nuclear armed would be another Russian Federation like power with GDP economic power greater than Japan. The main difference between EU and CANZUK would be better cultural glue with CANZUK.

  10.  @EyeInTheSkypaulmcmenamin  QE aircraft carrier uses roll-off/roll-on method to improve F-35B's weapon and fuel load performance which is different from LHD F-35B usage. UK has 17 F-35B units.
