@freudianslippers6567 It's the high cost housing market in California. Increasing minimum wage in Cali has a knock on effect that can drive smaller-medium size businesses towards lower cost states. The alternative solution is government supported housing but Californian state government has it's priority towards queue jumping illegal immigrants. Extreme Socialism wouldn't work.

1. Modify the housing supply in Cali 2. Build a fast rail system (with low cost ticket) that can move people from lower cost housing areas to CBD job location. Shift hosing demand to somewhere else.

@WilliamMohamad-uv5fi You didn't watch this video's topic i.e. employed worker has a job but can't pay for California's high cost rent prices. Housing market in Cali is inflated i.e. high demand factors when compared to supply factors. Illegals are queue jumpers.

US has sold Trident missiles to UK(with independent nuclear bombs), and US can sell the same weapons delivery systems for South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Germany :p German armed with nukes has would combine the means and mental drive to wipe out Russia.
