  1. If Budapest Memorandum completely fails (i.e. US exit from it), it's a lesson for NPT member countries to arm themselves with their own nuclear weapons. Russia already exited Ukraine's Budapest Memorandum. US and UK are the remaining parties in Ukraine's Budapest Memorandum. Virtue signaling by being a non-nuclear armed country is useless.
