  3.  @TheOlRazzleDazzler  35,000 lbf dry thurst is close to F-35 turbofan's 28,000 lbf dry thurst mode. F-35's turbofan 28,000 lbf dry thurst level is an afterbunner mode on F-16C Block 30's old engines.

  5.  @TheOlRazzleDazzler  The F-22 AFAIK is capable to go through the sonic barrier in military thrust only. Other planes like the Eurofighter do supercruise but need the afterburner briefly to pass the transonic range. Then holding full dry thrust it manages mach 1.3 or so.
