Soviets supplied anti-aircraft missiles, MiG 17 and MiG 21 to North Vietnam. Soviets supplied MiG 15 to North Korea. In 2009, Venezuela buys S300 missiles with Russian loan while Putin complains about NATO's 2018 Aegis Ashore in Poland In 2018, Venezuela buys SU-30 fighter jets from Russia.
