'When our envelope was cleared to practise BFM we got the opportunity to fight some fourth-generation fighters. Remember, back the rumors were that the F-35 was a pig. The first time the opponents showed up [in the training area] they had wing tanks along with a bunch of missiles. I guess they figured that being in a dirty configuration wouldn't really matter and that they would still easily outmanoeuvre us. By the end of the week, though, they had dropped their wing tanks, transitioned to a single centerline fuel tank and were still doing everything they could not to get gunned by us. A week later they stripped the jets clean of all external stores, which made the BFM fights interesting, to say the least

F-15EX has the angle of attack upgrades via digital-fly-by-wire replacement. Like F-35, F-15's horizontal tail extends beyond engine nozzles. F-15 is missing the F-18/F-35 canted vertical tail, hence missing yaw enhancements.

@Shadowboost Hint, F-16's laminated polycarbonate-based bubble canopy is limited by high speed's higher air fiction, hence higher temperature. SR 71's outer windscreen of the cockpit was made of quartz. Concepts for USAF's 6th gen fighter removes the canopy and relies on augmented reality similar to F-35's EO-DAS and helmet combo.

@djl5634 Eurofighters are not certified to drop US B61 nukes let alone the newer Mod 12 variant. Panavia Tornado can arm and drop B61 Mod 12 without guided glide functions. Panavia Tornado is a big target for Russian SAMs. Eurofighters can not arm US B61 nukes! Rafale can not arm US B61 nukes! Gripen can not arm US B61 nukes! Eurofighters can not arm French nukes! Gripen can not arm French nukes!

@djl5634 Rafales are not certified to drop US B61 nukes let alone the newer B61 Mod 12 variant. France has their own nuclear bombs and France is not sharing them with other NATO members.

@djl5634 Luftwaffe Tornado’s nuclear capability is based around 22 old B61 Mod 3 and B61 Mod 4 gravity bombs. The Permissive Action Link codes are necessary for arming them to remain under American control. In time of war they would be carried by the host nation’s aircraft – except for those weapons based in Turkey, which would be carried by US aircraft. Belgium and the Netherlands designate F-16s to the nuclear role, while Italy and Germany assign the mission to the Tornado, some of which are dual-capable, and equipped with the special wiring and controls needed to carry and deliver nuclear weapons. A nuclear bomb cannot simply be attached to any weapon's pylon; strict certification rules require a high degree of integrity for the wiring, which often means that nuclear-capable pylons have to be permanently fitted and cannot easily be removed. Northern European F-16A MLU has been replaced by F-35A Block 3F/Block 4. Italy replaced Tornado's nuclear role with the "made in Italy, EU" F-35A Block 3F. Less trusted F-16 customers don't have US nuclear bomb-related tech.
