Yanukovych breached the Ukraine Constitution 1996, Article 17. After 2017, Ukraine's constitution is incompatible with foreign military bases hosting either NATO or CSTO. If Yanukovych didn't sign the military base rental extension, Russia would be kicked out of Crimea. Putin's narrative is FALSE.
