America has the right to trade with whoever they please, just like you said America is an independent country so if America decides Turkey should choose to ally with either America or Russia but not both, then that is Americans choice.

Intel is not affected by blockaded Taiwan. Major companies such as AMD (12 nm parts are not affected from GoFlo), NVIDIA (Samsung 8nm fabs are not affected), Apple, and Qualcomm (uses both TSMC's 3nm and Samsung's 4nm) are affected by blockaded Taiwan. This is why TSMC is building fabs in the US and Intel changing its business model into a contract fabrication.
