  3. AMD 4700S APU is a recycled PS5 APU (with disabled iGPU) for the PC market and it has 448 GB/s memory bandwidth. AMD 4700S/PS5 APU or Xbox Series X APU needs Zen 3+ update and release like the Radeon graphics cards. All PC graphics cards are missing X86 CPU, UEFI, and ACPI HAL, and southbridge functions. AMD 4700S APU has shown PS5 APU and 448 GB/s memory bandwidth (via 256 bit GDDR6-14000, the same PS5's config) is able to boot and run Windows 10. Intel should use its fabrication plants to manufacture GDDR6 in mass numbers just like DDR4. GDDR6's mass production is a major issue.

Apple's platform is not compatible with other ARM platforms i.e. you can't boot MacOS ARM edition on other ARM vendor hardware.
