  7. Dell's pre-built gaming PC can be upgraded and the software ecosystem is open unlike Google's and Apple's garden walled Android and iOS devices respectively. Game consoles (effectively pre-built gaming PCs with a garden wall) are exempted since their HQ is located in blue states e.g. Microsoft (Oregon) and Sony America (California)
