  2. The judge failed to realize a restore disc is useless without a valid Windows product key. With laptops, the product key is usually a sticker associated with the hardware. I downloaded Windows ISO/Restore DVD ISO and transferred the burnt DVD to another user with a valid Windows product key on His/Her laptop. Wiping out hard disk's data and reinstalling Windows is a refurbish job 101. It's a service job to refurbish/clean machines. I don't pay car's manufacture for car engine oil flush/basic maintenance replacement parts. It's a good thing that Apple or Microsoft are not in the car business.
