  3. For 256-bit external bus RTX cards, RTX 4080 Super has a 4N process node i.e. enhanced 5 nm process tech. vs RTX 5080 has 4 nm process tech. A minor process node improvement. RTX 4080 Super has 52.22 TFLOPS FP32. RTX 5080 has 56.28 TFLOPS FP32. Again, minor difference.
