Australia's universal medicare (income tested) involves patent reform (destroying medical drugs and test results monopolies) and single payer system. To make ObamaCare cheaper, 1. Patent reform i.e. promote competition. 2. Single Payer System. Without patent reform, both ObamaCare and Veterans Affairs are expensive.
