Namely that if Trump is innocent WHY HASN'T HE RELEASED THE CALL AUDIO TO CONGRESS? Innocent Trump would have released it weeks ago and made this all go away. The only reason he would have to not release the call audio is that he is guilty as sin and that call audio will put the matter beyond further doubt. What that also means is that Democrats don't directly need to establish Trump's guilt, only to get a court order to force the release of the call audio. The call audio will certainly establish Trump's guilt. But at a common sense level, Trump's guilt is already a certainty because otherwise he would have released the call audio. End of story.
