@russelljacob7955 true. But it’s harder to denature a solid than a liquid, thermal runaway I would the suspect would be at damaging only if it reached typically higher temperatures. But all speculation at this point

@russelljacob7955 thermal runaway would actually be less of an issue due to the solid interface not mixing like in a liquid electrolyte situation. Thermals issues are relatively easily handled too. Heat would be a function of power output/input. Assuming you’re not somehow using the battery at significantly higher outputs than current EV batteries, the thermal impacts shouldn’t be any different. Theoretically less so due to the inverse square relation between surface area and volume.
