@im1who84u You use it exactly like a regular sink: you turn the mixer on, choose the water temperature and wash under the running water coming from the tap, using delicate soap with the right PH (it's better, especially if you are a woman). Than you use your own dedicated towel to dry off. Same if you want to wash your feet. It's like washing your nether parts under the shower, except for the fact that you don't have to get undressed, so you can do it very quickly every time you pee or poo. That way you smell nice and fresh the whole day, not only after showering. Very useful for... spur-of-the-moment quickies, too. 🤭😉
