  1. Sorry to say, but going around with bright colored clothes and very expensive equipment (a RED? Seriously?) makes you look dumb. I've worked for the international cooperation in very poor and war torn-zones, and after many years I'm now working as an AD on movie/documentary sets: I wonder how the heck a professional filmmaker could approach that kind enviroment with such superficiality.

  3. I liked the documentary, but something seems to be missing... It ends abruptly, we don't see the people you met anymore, we don't have any insight or footage of how the city and the mining actually work/are managed. Nothing about water collection, heating, logistics... Who manages the mines? How? Are there any informal rules in place or legal/de facto rights? How do they keep the miners under control? How do they sell and transport the gold? Etc Etc. I was quite disappointed by how superficial your approach seemed to be this time...
