  1. Netflix, you make great stuff, but can I bring you up to date on something I don't think you understand about "A Series of Unfortunate Events"? "A Series of Unfortunate Events" is NOT a comedy series. It's not meant to make you laugh at all. Count Olaf is not a Looney Tunes villain, he's a terrible, horrible, frightening and greedy man who will not exercise with power. He will hurt and/or kill you if he gets the chance.

  6. Kevin Quibodeaux Well it never made me laugh. And I've read the books numerous times. And most of the time, I shared the kids fears and concerns. And I found Count Olaf to be one of literature's most nightmarish villains.

  7. ADHDkid321 Well I suppose that does count as comedy but it doesn't really make me laugh. If used in the Netflix show I'd be more pleased, but this is too wacky looking.

  13. Andy Taylor Well sadly I was disappointed by Fantastic Beasts. It doesn't really contribute anything to the lore, at least 51% of the dialogue is mumbling, it's too fast paced, and little is explained.

  20. Totally Nameless Agreeable. This is one of the many reasons Avatar The Last Airbender did not work for me. Too much comedy, not enough drama.
