  1. Ever heard of the Battle of Isandlwana or the Battle of Little Bighorn, or Red Cloud's War? All of those battles saw a tribal army defeating enemies with far more advanced technology. As Sun Tzu in "The Art of War' says "In war, numbers and weapons alone confer no advantage, do not advance relying on sheer military might."

  4. LOL, if the army has studied the Art of War, why aren't they following it's advice? The war in the Middle-East is a complete repeat of Vietnam. The military is using tactics that Sun Tzu warns not to do. I'm sad to say this, but the Taliban are using tactics the book recommends, such as out-smarting your enemy rather then out-fighting him. The US military is brave, but foolish and they'll be defeated in the Middle-East, it's only a matter of time before we leave.
