  1. Investing in China right now means keeping the CCP going and in power for the foreseeable future. Time to end this Ponzi scheme. While technically select (not all) us firms can own 100% of their company now in China, there is always a risk the CCP will seize company assets. This risk is always there and won’t be negated even if a US company owns 100% of their shares. The CCP can simply go in and seize private US company assets in China. I would say invest at your own risk.
