  1. The park question is a perfect example of the lack of rule of law in China. So basically a foreign journalist cannot enjoy a public park? What kind of society is that? Next the Ministry of Foreign affairs propagandist immediately take aggressive stance at such questions because he really doesn’t have any good answers. So the CCP’s answer to anything they cannot give a well rehearsed answer is to lash out aggressively. The answer is of course China has no rule of law, it has plenty of rules but those rules apply selectively based on who you are, your status and your nationality (which can change based on who the CCP favors or unfavors). Han ethnocentrism and extreme nationalism is rife in China.
