  1. It can only do this because as a state owned enterprise, it doesn't need to make profits. No commerical rail company will survive having billions in debt for years. It's also a huge massive waste of resources. They have high speed rail to nowhere. As i have been saying China's CCP economy is a massive Ponzi scheme that has now reached the end of its run.
