  1. Instead of cracking a joke, this is entirely unacceptable. This is what happens in a totalitarian regime when people are not able to complain until things got so bad. I have said before, the CCP has mismanaged the Yellow River and Yangtze river. These are the main artery of the dragon of China. The benevolent water dragon is in agony due to the pollution and water mismanagement. Without water, then there is no life. The CCP is courting their demise and dragging the Chinese people along with them.
