Build stuff, stuff collapse within 2-10 years, build more of the same stuff wasting trillions in Chinese taxpayers money and generate massive waste and pollution. In the meantime all that money gets funnelled into the pockets of corrupt CCP officials and their cronies. How do you think there are so many Chinese billionaires (all with CCP connections) while 600 million Chinese still make less than 1000 RMB ($160 USD) per month ?
