  1. This is the consequences of the CCP trying to tame nature. Nature cannot be tamed. You can only cooperate with nature. Those who try to subjugate or tame nature will only get their ass kicked. China loses billions of dollars in damages a year due to these floods which wrecks the homes and fields of the people. The arrogance of the CCP caused this disruption in the natural flow of water.
