  1. Exactly. Having a truly equitable society is when the problem of low child birth rate can truly be solved. Same problem in China as the US. The problem is less severe in US due to immigration. Who wants to birth the next generation when the child will only become peons ripe for exploitation by the elites and oligarchs?
