  3. And of course Lancaster, CA is mostly Republican with a Republican mayor and Republican dominated legislature. It's split between 23rd and 25th congressional district and guess who are the Congressmen of the district? It Kevin McCarthy and Mike Garcia both MAGA Republicans. So I am not really surprised. Keep them poor, keep them angry and disillusioned and have always been the GOP modus operandi.
