@vjeff777 Where is there a studio for $2500? Greed is a good thing. It is the motivation to get things done not to mention is keeps the economy humming along. Edit: I stand corrected there are studios going for that but they are all centered downtown and little Italy. They are not going for that in most parts of the city.

Building more affordable housing is good. However the homeless won’t live in ADUs anyways. There are a few exceptions but not in general. Let the free market decide. NIMBY folks are hilarious.

@SpencerHeckwolf A lot of homeless wouldn’t live in a dwelling if your gave it to them. Sure there are those few who would happily take a free place but the majority would not.

@vjeff777 You think so? I volunteer down at Father Joes fairly often and speak to them. You should go down and ask them and get to know a few.

@vjeff777 Homelessness will not be affected one way or another with this bill whether it passes or not. Yes, I don’t get out of bed every morning out of the kindness of my heart. Greed is the main motivation. That’s not to say that donating to charity and volunteerism is not important either but stacking paper is the goal every single day.

@jupiterinaries6150 Greed gets me out of bed in the morning. It makes me have to brainstorm and solve problems. If I solve enough problems I get to buy really nice things and make more investments into income producing assets. Lack of integrity and dishonesty (lack what you see with politicians and stock incentive driven CEOs) is much more detrimental than greed.
